Debido a las actividades previas a mi gran día, el día de ayer visite a un viejo amigo y colaborador de trabajos con el cual recordamos viejos tiempos y en especifico el primer trabajo que realizamos juntos, El Otro Lado, un cortometraje donde relatábamos 4 historias de migrantes que viajan de honduras pasando a través de México para cumplir un sueño... llegar a Los Estados Unidos.
La perspectiva en este cortometraje es simple y como se menciona en el mismo esta basado en muchas historias reales, no tratamos de hacer una irreflexión social simplemente tratamos de contar una historia empapada de muchas historias, y fue precisamente ahí, donde nos detuvimos para analizar el cine en el sur de veracruz y como poco a poco dejamos de hacer cortometrajes que solo tenían un fin, contar una historia.Creo que el 2009 estuvo algo muerto para este genero al menos aquí en la región, esperamos iniciar el 2010 con ideas que se concreten en trabajos bien realizados, ya quiero armas otro corto y no para un concurso, ni para volverme famoso, talvéz si para mejorar, pero mejor aun solo para contar una historia...
Recalling Past Stories
Due to my pre-big day yesterday to visit an old friend and collaborator of work with which we remember old times and in specific the first work we do together, El Otro Lado, a short film where telling 4 stories of migrants who travel from from Honduras through Mexico to fulfill a dream ... come to the United States. The perspective in this film is simple and as mentioned Jan. l itself is based on many real stories, not trying to make a social indiscretion simply try to tell a story steeped in many stories, and it was there where we stopped to analyze the Film in southern Veracruz and as gradually stop making films that had only one purpose, to tell a story. I believe that 2009 was something dead for this genre at least here in the region, we expect to launch in 2010 with ideas that will be reflected in work well done, and I want another short arms and not for a contest, or to become famous, maybe if for improve, but even better just to tell a story ...
